[BFET] BFET Participant reimbursement

Thank you for reaching out Patrice. Since this is something that effects the system I am responding to the listserve.

I have spoken with DSHS in regards to the maximum amounts in the Participant Reimbursement form in eJAS. DSHS has forwarded a work request to their IT to remove the maximum cap amounts that do not apply to BFET for the supports we offer.

In the meantime please use the following process (I have included an example screenshot below for reference):

·        Fill out the Participant Reimbursement form in eJAS up to the maximum amount

·        In put full amount into the justification section of the Participant Reimbursement form

Please let me know if you have any further questions. I will update the system as soon as we know of any changes.

My staff noticed that on the participant reimbursement piece in eJAS is says the maximum award amount for FFY 19 is $800 total. Is that accurate?
