[BFET] BFET Updated Grants - 100% Funds

Good Morning BFET Team,

Attached is the updated grant amounts from the recent 100% (mid-Year) funds requests.  We received $435,730 in 100% funds from DSHS and the second round of requests were still much higher than available funds, so past expenditures and number of students served were taken into consideration for funding decisions. Salaries, benefits, along with indirect for salaries and benefits were not approved.

SBCTC will adjust grant amounts in OBIS<https://apps.sbctc.edu/OBIS>. Once your grant amount is adjusted in OBIS, your college will receive an automated award increase/decrease notification from OBIS. After you receive the automated email, you will need to go into OBIS to create and submit a budget revision request so that your budget reflects the new grant amount. Please submit your budget revision request no later than July 6th, 2018.

Don't forget that OBIS won't let you have an invoice and a budget revision in process at the same time.  We suggest you get your budget revision in prior to the July 6th due date.  This will give us time to review and approve it prior to your college needing to submit your next invoice.
