[BFET] Summer Funding Survey - Updated Grant Amounts

Good Afternoon BFET Team!

Attached is the updated grant amounts from the Summer Funding Survey. Thank you to all who responded promptly. Request to return funds are voluntary and because of these we were able to approval all requests.

SBCTC will adjust grant amounts in OBIS<https://apps.sbctc.edu/OBIS>. Once your grant amount is adjusted in OBIS, your college will receive an automated award increase/decrease notification from OBIS. After you receive the automated email, you will need to go into OBIS to create and submit a budget revision request so that your budget reflects the new grant amount.
Please submit your budget revision request no later than September 14, 2018.  Please get your revisions in ASAP as this is also the deadline for final budget revisions and we cannot approve any revisions that are after this deadline!

Don't forget that OBIS won't let you have an invoice and a budget revision in process at the same time.
