Skagit Valley College has an exciting employment opportunity in our Counseling and Advising office as a Student Success Navigator.  Please feel free to push this out through the list serves.

The Student Success Navigator is a full-time, exempt position funded by Title III grant.  The Title III program assists Skagit Valley College to improve and strengthen academic quality and is designed to improve academic success for our students. This position will primarily support the progress of students in completing Professional and Technical programs, programs in the Arts and Sciences, and Basic Skills programs.  The Student Success Navigator will work as part of a student coaching team providing intentional interventions, advising and support to assist students to identify and develop their career and educational goals. The position will collaborate with college staff, faculty, and community partners to develop and enhance relationships in order to improve persistence rates for at-risk students.
