If we are now doing "reutilized funds" I assume we include those dollar amounts and any staffing that we are leveraging in next year's plan?  If so, is it reasonable to indicate on the "explain all changes over 5%" section that we are leveraging reutilized funds?

Previous year's numbers would be the numbers you used last time you filled out this budget sheet for current year. I.e., estimated numbers for 2015-16 become previous year's numbers for 2016-17.

For the previous year component information, should we be putting in actual number of students to date, the target number that we indicated on our budget spreadsheet last year, or the actual that we anticipate serving by the end of the year?

Good afternoon.
I am sorry to tell you that DSHS was not able to successfully record the webinar on the FFY 2017 BFET Budget Worksheet. So, direct questions to me, and I will answer or get an answer.

One question that I have found an answer to:
On the Performance Tab, it appears that data cannot be entered into Prior FFY Carryover (Column E). Go to the Review tab in the ribbon, and click on Unprotect Sheet. This will allow you to input numbers into Column E. If you are asked for a password, you have clicked too many times.
