[BFET] FFY 2017 BFET Budget Worksheet

Also, like the Prior FFY Carryover column on the Performance tab, other cells give the "cell protected" error message. If you go to the Review tab on the ribbon and click on "Unprotect Sheet", the icon will change to "Protect Sheet", and you will be able to input data in those cells.

Hi Mat,

I have a few of questions.


1)      As Demetra requested, will we receive employment data or are we to make our best guess to enter the # Entering Employment on the Performance tab?[Mat Carlisle] This has been requested from DSHS. I will provide it as soon as it is received.

2)      The categories for the prior year's budget and this year's budget are different on the Total Budget tab and this is causing the percentage of change to be incorrect as they are formulated differently, how are we to explain the % differences on unmatched categories?[Mat Carlisle] I would simply indicate what you have said, i.e., the budget categories have been changed by DSHS, so the '% of change column calculates differently that the previous year's budget.

3)      Tuition is not populating into the Grand total on the Total Budget tab; is it not to be accounted for in our Grand Total?  This also means that we should not account for tuition under the Estimated Program Components Detail $$ as then G19 will not match G32...[Mat Carlisle] I have previously passed this along to DSHS and am awaiting a response.

Good afternoon.
I am sorry to tell you that DSHS was not able to successfully record the webinar on the FFY 2017 BFET Budget Worksheet. So, direct questions to me, and I will answer or get an answer.

One question that I have found an answer to:
On the Performance Tab, it appears that data cannot be entered into Prior FFY Carryover (Column E). Go to the Review tab in the ribbon, and click on Unprotect Sheet. This will allow you to input numbers into Column E. If you are asked for a password, you have clicked too many times.
