[WSSSC] WSSSC Election

Good morning!

You may recall a note from our fearless leader, Rob Cox, a month or so ago to solicit nominations to serve on the WSSSC executive team next year. As your past president, I'm reaching out to gather any additional interest.  I have had the pleasure of serving on exec for the last 3-4 years and it has been a wonderful way to stay connected with state developments and to build camaraderie with WSSSC colleagues.  Please jump in and consider adding your name to the slate if you have any interest!

Our president and past president positions are already determined:

President - Karl Smith
Past-President -Rob Cox

We have three positions that need to be filled through an election at next week's spring meeting and the following colleagues have expressed willingness to serve (thank you!):

President Elect (Diana Garza has accepted a nomination to be considered)
Secretary (Brandon Dyer has accepted a nomination to be considered)
Treasurer (Judith Hernandez Chapar is currently in the role and is happy to be considered for another year)

We have two positions that will be appointed by the Karl as the President:

Member At Large #1
Member AT Large #2

If you would like to discuss these positions or if you are interested in nominating someone, or nominating yourself, please let me know. I will send out the final slate to vote on prior to the Spring meeting so we can vote at the meeting.
