[WSSSC] Program & Service Viability Study

Hello WSSSC Colleagues - happy summer to you all.

If your institution has done a program/service viability study/survey for both academic and non-academic areas and you have a rubric or framework that was used specifically for student service areas, would you be willing to share? Also would love to hear what worked, what didn't, what you would avoid doing at all costs.....
