[WSSSC] Student ID and Club Software

Good Morning Dr. Mari,

I hope you're doing well! Yes, here's my answer to the first question:

   1. For Student Organizations at Edmonds College, we utilize Google
   Sheets for all tracking and management, retaining yearly records. As for
   how student leaders request or submit information, we utilize Machform, a
   cloud-based form creator and database, where we've created a one-stop
   "shop" database where all our forms.

   2. To my knowledge, Athletics utilizes the Edpass Readers for students
   to sign in to use the space, weight room, or attend events/games. However,
   for the software to run games or keep score, I would ask Spencer Stark,
   Director, or Rey Corujo, Assistant Director.

   3. For IDs, I'm not sure if students can upload photos here, as I only
   have seen IT take photos manually, too.
