[WSSSC] Commission and Council Feedback for Meta-Major Proposal: due Jan. 27, 2025

Hello fellow commission members,

As your Data Governance Committee (DGC) representatives, Steve Ashpole and I are bringing you an important proposal - Meta-Major Identification and Collection in ctcLink - for feedback.

Meta-major data collection was excluded during the ctcLink deployment process. The DGC now seeks approval to implement an enhancement request to establish requirements for effective meta-major identification and management in ctcLink.

The attached proposal details the requirements necessary for a successful enhancement solution.

Please submit your feedback (if any) to me by Monday, Jan. 27, 2025, and I will communicate it to the DGC. If you serve as a liaison to any Councils, please forward this proposal to that list serv.
