At Centralia College, our Board of Trustees granted us the flexibility to increase to 15 credits of waiver for each NWAC grant-in-aid allowed per sport. However, given the dire outlook of the state budget, for 2025-2026 we are increasing the total grant in aid to 12 credits by covering 7 credits with scholarships and 5 credits with the waiver. Our goal is to increase this each year as money becomes available with the goal of giving students grant-in-aid of 15 credits through combined waivers and scholarships sometime in the future.

Hello!



For NWAC schools, could we do a quick roundup on the athletic tuition waiver status at your colleges?



At SVC, we have requested to offer a 100% tuition waiver to our Board, but we won't be able to hit this in year 1.  Our initial goal is to offer a 75% waiver next year and work toward 100% in subsequent years.



I know SPSCC went for 100%.  Are there any others at 100%?
