[WSSSC] NSC v Parchment recommendation from ARC

Good afternoon, colleagues,

ARC was asked by the SBCTC to assess the differences with processing transcripts through National Student Clearing House and Parchment. They are going to integrate one of the tools into ctcLink and can not do both of them. Attached you will find the amazing assessment they did including the vote of member schools, our schools.

Today at the WSSSC Executive Board meeting we voted unanimously to support their recommendation of making Parchment the integrated tool. Prior to sending the recommendation forward to SBCTC I wanted to give you each an opportunity to share any feedback on critical flaws or dissenting opinions.

If you have any critical flaws or dissenting opinions please share them with me by Friday, August 19, 2024 5:00 pm. After that, we will send our recommendation forward.
