[Wsssc] SBCTC Strategic Plan Input Request

Dear WSSSC,

As you know, the State Board is working to refresh the college system's 2020-2030 strategic plan<https://www.sbctc.edu/resources/documents/about/agency/strategic-plan/strategic-plan.pdf> to better reflect the higher education landscape post-pandemic. Their goal is to ensure the plan remains dynamic and addresses the innovations, changes and transformations that have taken place since it was originally written. Their intent is to update, but not entirely rewrite, the existing strategic plan. To do so, they would like to hear what members of the Diversity and Equity Officers Commission, the Student Services Commission, and the Instruction Commission see as the future of higher education, specifically for community and technical colleges and the students we serve.

I'm writing to ask if you would please invite DEOC, WSSSC and IC members to complete a survey by Wednesday, May 3<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MKCR7KX>. Their answers can be as short or as long as they wish. We are not asking respondents to identify their names or colleges.

Thank you for helping us gather insights from these three commissions as the State Board considers how best to serve students, employers and communities within a changing higher education landscape.
