I am emailing to announce the release of the FY23 Running Start ESSER grant application, Thursday May 6, 2022. This application is due May 19, 2022. Please note that there is important information to follow, so you are encouraged to read the entirety of this email carefully.

The SBCTC website link will be mailed out separately when it is available in the next few days. The website will contain all updated copies of the FAQ, program guidelines, and fiscal guidelines. For now please refer to attachments.

*       OGMS: The Running Start ESSER application can be accessed through the Online Grant Management System<https://ogms.sbctc.edu/> (OGMS). Please see your campus OGMS security contact<https://ogms.sbctc.edu/SecurityContacts.aspx> for access to the FY23 application. When you log into OGMS, be sure to navigate to the FY23 screen to find the correct application.
