This year Congress extended the EITC so that certain college students are eligible.  Unfortunately, the "who's in and who's not" is not very simple and depends on a student's enrollment and demographic characteristics. However, we do not want eligible students to miss out on this needed assistance!

To help make this a bit more clear for both today's students and the institutions that serve them, we recently partnered with the Annie E. Casey Foundation to develop two fact sheets. Please share widely with your networks and any students you serve or institutions you work with.
