[Wsssc] New Information Tech Commission Rep to WSSSC

Hello.  I have a quick question about a new liaison.  The Information Technology Commission appointed YVC's Technology Services director to be the liaison to WSSSC.  Should he sign up for the WSSSC listserve through Mailman or are liaison's on the private list?  If on the private list, how do we make that happen?
