[Wsssc] Update on Student Vaccination Exemption Requests

WSSSC: we will go into more detail at Thursday's meeting, but the advice we are getting from the AGO now is that students can self-attest to religious exemptions without needing go through a request/approval process. The AGO is still developing guidance about medical exemptions. We will update you about that on Thursday. This advice - at least for religious exemptions - differs from the advice we gave you last week. Thanks to Glen and his colleges at Spokane for raising this issue at last week's meeting.
