Dear MOA Coordinators and State CTE Directors,

I write to share that this afternoon, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) released a Dear Educator Letter<https://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ocr/correspondence/stakeholders/educator-202105-aapi.pdf> reminding schools of their obligation to investigate and address all forms of harassment based on race, color, or national origin, including harassment directed at Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) students.
