[Wsssc] Chatbots?

Do any of you have a contract in place with a vendor for chatbot service?  We are looking to upgrade our customer service experience through our one-stop and having 24-hour response capability would be a great aid to that end.  If we can find models of existing contracts in our system we might be able to avoid the competitive bid/RFP process, or at least expedite it somewhat, thus the query.  We had a demo from one vendor (Ocelot) that has a very powerful product, but alas, no clients in our system.  Thanks in advance for your feedback.
