[Wsssc] Check in campus status

Well, I can respond with what is known as of today at this hour (things
change day by day as you all know).

At Edmonds, we plan to fully reopen to face to face services beginning Sept
7th through December (we will also continue to offer online services).
Staff can work up to 2 days remote if they choose and 3 days in the office,
or they can work more than 3 days in the office if they choose. We have not
made any decision for winter quarter as of yet. We continue to watch what
is happening in our county and state and will adjust as needed and/or
mandated.
