Good morning presidents, PIOs and SSEMC,

Attached is the latest version of our COVID-19 FAQ. This version includes:


  *   Phase 2 guidance, now that three counties have reverted from phase 3 to phase 2.
  *   A new section on in-person commencement parades.

Many people have asked when we expect to see a new higher education proclamation from the Governor's Office. The Governor's Office was on the verge of issuing a new proclamation in March, but put it on hold due to an uptick in COVID-19 cases and the state's return to a county rather than regional approach under the Healthy Washington plan. The Governor's Office does, however, continue to work closely with Jan Yoshiwara. Our FAQs include the most up-to-date guidance we have received at the time of publication.
