Good afternoon,

Attached is an updated version of our higher education reopening plan FAQ, dated Sept. 28.  This version includes a paragraph on venues, and further clarifies that colleges should follow the Safe Start Plan for non-instruction activities that have parallel activities out in the community (for example, libraries, fitness centers, dining halls).
