Joe,

The Department of Education issued the final version of its long-awaited Title IX rules this morning.  The effective date for the rule is August 14, 2020.  The following website has links to the new rules and rule summaries. https://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ocr/newsroom.html

Our office has a workgroup that will be analyzing the new rules and providing guidance on how the CTCs should revise their current Title IX grievance procedures and student conduct codes to comply with the new requirements.

Several states are also contemplating taking legal action, which, among other things, may enjoin the implementation date.

Lots of balls in the air.  Just wanted to let you know that we have our eye on this issue and will be providing additional guidance as it becomes available.
