Below are the topics folks sent in today. It’s an ambitious list. If Carli, Joe, or Jamilyn have updating/context to share on those items which overlap with IC and/or WACTC, or where specific response from WSSSC has been requested, that can help us organize how we move through the different items. ·       Workstudy (Joe H.)

·       Placement assessment/testing (Joe & Carli, IC is also tracking on this discussion)

·       Financial aid issues related to incompletes and extending the quarter beyond June 30 (Ruby, Bill, Joe B.)

·       Accessibility compliance with online tools and the speed at which we are introducing solutions at the state level (who is assessing tools for compliance?) (Bill, Joe B.)

o   Assessment, proctoring and lab simulations.

o   Online learning supports and eTutoring

·       House Bill 2158 funding and other potential uses (Bill)

·       Guidance on College in the High School courses and whether there is any state level guidance or are we relying strictly on local decisions with school districts.  We are discussing ways to convert CHS students to Running Start, but I’m curious how other colleges are approaching this conversation. (Claire)

·       I will be curious to know if the State Board has any initial information on when and how federal financial aid assistance will come for students as per the senate financial package that passed yesterday. (Michele)

·       How folks are communicating about commencement (Joe B.)

·       With Spring conference being postponed to next year, has there been thought to the business meetings that usually takes place on the last day, also this is when new officers are selected/elected (Joe B.)

·       Counselors and telecounseling: How are your counselors navigating moving online, what issues are they dealing with? (Joe B.)
