Joe and Julie,

Here are Word versions of the Supplement Title IX procedures for dissemination to HRMC and WSSSC members.

These have also been circulated to all of the AAGs representing SBCTCs throughout the state.

The deadline for implementing the new rule is August 14.  I am not aware of any regulatory deadline for completing the mandatory training, although it would make sense to have training completed before students return to classes in the fall.  We can discuss this further during the session at the end of the month.
