Colleagues: see below and at link. There will be another round of CCAMPIS applications. Please forward this to anyone else at your college that might coordinate this. Ha Nguyen on my staff is in touch with the Washington College Childcare Coalition (WCCC) and can distribute the information through them as well. Tight timeline-applications due September 8. Our colleges had some success during the last round. A note to new VPs-the originator of this thread, Bryce McKibben, is on Senator Patty Murray's staff.

Since Arlen is out today and the timeline is so compressed-looping you all.

I believe Olympic and South Seattle previously applied, but did not receive an award, if I recall correctly? Perhaps they can try again?

It would be great for Bellevue to apply given their size.

ED has FINALLY put out the Notice Inviting Applications for FY20 CCAMPIS awards:  https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/08/06/2020-17008/applications-for-new-awards-child-care-access-means-parents-in-school-program

We are really hopeful that many WA CTCs will apply. Despite our urging for more time - ED provided only 30 days for applications, so they are due September 8.

With childcare being so essential to our recovery from the pandemic, I hope we can continue to increase our state's success with awards.
