I think the colleges want to set up tuition tables ASAP, but if there's any question, the tuition rates for 2019-20 will be effective for fall quarter, not summer.  I believe the colleges know this, just making sure.

Not until the Board approves tuition rates.  It will probably be the first week of June.  They're holding a special meeting to approve it, but the date hasn't been set yet.
