The Director of Advising and Testing is responsible creating and maintaining a comprehensive advising structure for the college and an onboarding experience designed to engage students and lead to improved success, persistence and completion. This position manages and supervises entry advising and the testing center, leads New Student Orientation, and actively collaborates with student services in developing and implementing a seamless onboarding experience for new students. The Director will assist the Vice President of Student Services in planning, designing, implementing and evaluating effective programs. The successful candidate must be organized, flexible, analytical, creative, a self-starter, and be willing to work as a team member within a collaborative, student-first environment. The Director reports directly to the Vice President of Student Services.

Lower Columbia College is seeking a dynamic and energetic leader for our Vice President of Instruction. The Vice President is part of the senior executive team and reports directly to the President. The Vice President administers and supervises all instructional programs including academic, professional-technical programs, academic support services, basic skills education, library, and faculty. The anticipated start date is January 2, 2019.
