After receiving the email from Yakima Valley College, Hana and I pulled together a few additional details and instructions for the SOAA webinars (see below) that you could send to the colleges if you think it would be helpful. If you have any details to add below, please do.

Who can participate: Anyone at your college is welcome to join the webinar by using the RingCentral Meeting link online and call-in numbers. No registration is required.
Webinar Length: Both webinars will last 60 minutes and will run from 10:00-11:00 AM PST.
How to participate:
1. On your computer, click the RingCentral Meeting link listed for the appropriate webinar. (You may need to download the RingCentral Meetings application to run the webinar.) This will bring you to the video portion of the webinar. You will see a text chat window on the right side of the screen, which can be used for questions/technical support throughout the webinar.
2. The audio portion of the webinar can be accessed in two ways, by:
-using your computer audio, or a headset connected to your computer, or
-using a telephone or cell phone to call in and then entering the Meeting ID listed for the webinar.
