Hey Joe,

Attached is a briefing paper prepared by the American Council on Education that summarizes the Education Department's recent withdrawal of Title IX guidance.  The head of OCR during a presentation yesterday stated that this briefing paper accurately described OCR's position on the new interim Title IX guidance.  If you would provide a copy of this briefing paper to the chair of the WSSSC for distribution to the WSSSC members, I think it will address a lot of concerns folks may have regarding Title IX compliance under the new regime.
