Subject: [Wsssc] WSSSC Registration - What you've been waiting for!

Good afternoon, all! I know many of you have been fretting that you missed the registration for the WSSSC Summer Meeting. You didn’t!
My apologies for the delay. As you may recall, we agreed we would be submitting our annual dues in a “lump sum” at the start of the fiscal year, so we have been sorting out that new process.

Please see the form at the end of the attached (and updated) agenda (we’ll also be uploading this to the WSSSC site).
Please complete four associated actions:

  1.  Review the updated agenda;
  2.  Submit your annual dues via check (payable to “SBCTC”) no later than 31 July 2017 to the Nanette Angel at SBCTC (address and additional details on form);
  3.  Respond on the linked Doodle poll for each of the days you plan to attend (also linked below)(note that dinner RSVPs are also included);
  4.  Print your parking pass!
This is the first time that registration is divided into two aspects: paying of dues (now annual) and registering for the meeting (so we know you’re coming!). For the registration, we have a simple Doodle poll<https://doodle.com/poll/fch6i74p4s8ztzkt> (<< click that). Once there:

  1.  Indicate your name and college (e.g. Matthew Campbell / Pierce Puyallup)
  2.  Check each of the days and times (including dinners) you plan to attend (Monday is the Council Leadership Meeting; WSSSC Meeting starts Tuesday)
  3.  Indicate in the Comments section if you plan to join remotely (we are setting up those details) or have other accommodation needs (you can also email Chris Young (copied here) and me directly)
