[Wsssc] WSSSC Conference: Council meeting requests for Friday 4/28

Greetings all!

As discussed at the WSSSC meeting this week, the Conference Planning Committee is gathering information from our councils (and any associated groups) who are planning to hold meetings following the conference on Friday, April 28th.

For those that are liaisons, please send this form to your council presidents to complete and send back by next Friday 2/24/2017,

If you know of any interest groups or other affiliated groups who may also wish to meet, please also share this form with them for submission.

We will use this information to determine room assignments, and to inform our colleague colleges who would provide overflow meeting accommodations if needed.
