[Wctcca] Revised and new request for info sharing

Hi Everyone,

I made a previous request regarding suicide intervention/prevention
procedures and protocols you might share.  I also mentioned "safety
contract" templates but should have said "safety planning" templates.

Secondly, if anyone has procedures or policies related to students who come
to sessions under the influence of alcohol or other substances, those would
be welcome too.  We have language in our student rights and
responsibilities to work with but counseling specific language would be
welcome.
