For that use-case, I'd suggest adding a public note to the electronic collection.

I'd try either as straight text:

For help on ebooks: http://www.mylink.com

or as an HTML coded link.

<a href src=http://www.mylink.com>for help on ebooks</a>

I don't know what linking options that field might support, but I believe one or the other might work for you.

Not possible, but you could just qualify the link, with something like " - applies only to ebooks"

Does anyone know if it is it possible to create a conditional rule to display a link in the links section of a full Primo record depending on source type = book and availability = online

For example, we want to create a link that would show under the links section for ebook records:

I do not see this conditional rule option under General Electronic Services, so it is likely not be possible, but I thought I'd check to see if there was a workaround for this or another creative way to do it that I am not thinking of...
