[Wactclc-primo] Primo full record - conditional links section based on source type/availability

Dear Primo Hive Mind,

Does anyone know if it is it possible to create a conditional rule to display a link in the links section of a full Primo record depending on source type = book and availability = online

For example, we want to create a link that would show under the links section for ebook records:
https://sbctc-greenriver.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/permalink/01STATEWA_GREENRIV/6ir5n3/alma993474867802812
...but would NOT show for physical book records:
https://sbctc-greenriver.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/permalink/01STATEWA_GREENRIV/6ir5n3/alma991481423402812

I do not see this conditional rule option under General Electronic Services, so it is likely not be possible, but I thought I'd check to see if there was a workaround for this or another creative way to do it that I am not thinking of...
