I had a problem with it, as did one of our staff. I just sent an email to the link on the password reset page and then they set it for me...

Has anyone else been unsuccessful resetting your ProQuest/EL support portal password?  I am having the issue that others have been reporting out on Alma-L, that they never receive a reset email, after requesting the password reset...

I've tried three times over the last two days, and also sent a message to ProQuest support email, which has yet to be answered.
