Hi Jennifer:

I just tested these and had mixed results. The Salem Witch Trials title showed as being in History Reference Center and linked through, after giving me a choice on the OpenURL resolver page. It did not show as being in Academic Search Complete, even though when I searched ASC, it showed up.

 The other two all ran through the OpenURL resolver and worked, when linked through Academic Search Complete. However, they failed when I tried to link to them through the Business Source Premier link, giving me this error on the Ebsco Link Resolver page: Your institution does not have access rights to this item.

Which is not accurate, because I was able to find the article no problem when I went directly to Business Source Premiere.

So, I don't know what the problem is. Maybe we should open a case with Ex Libris?

Nope, unfortunately all our EBSCO database links (including Business Source Complete) fail with a “forbidden” error message.

Does your Business Source Complete link work for that article?  We have that article in Primo, but it shows as only being available in BSC, not also in our Academic Search Complete database.  The BSC link works just fine for us.
