This one appears to be a title record in Alma with no physical or electronic inventory, and no association with an existing electronic collection. Basically, an orphaned bib.

It does have an ebsco ebook url in the 856, so might have been part of an Ebsco ebook load at one time.

Where there is one record like that, there is usually more.

I'll see if I can create a set for review, and then we can just withdraw those titles.
