[Wactclc-primo] Can't log to Primo?

Good morning folks,

I'm not sure how long this has been happening, but it can't have been for more than a week. I tried to log in to Primo yesterday and got an error. See the attached screenshot. This has been tested by a couple other employees too.

Has anyone seen this error or is anyone experiencing it now? Trying to get to the bottom of it. Not sure if it's an SSO issue on the college side or something on the Ex Libris side.
