[Wactclc-primo] importing saved title lists into Primo VE patron accounts?

Jennifer,

There isn't a way to import favorites into Primo.

And there is no way to see which users have added favorites in their account.

However, in Primo analytics you *can* see the *total* number of items added to favorites in your environment.

At GRC, that # currently stands at 26. And if I'm interpreting the data correctly, no one has done so while signed in. If that's correct, there are currently no saved item lists in Primo that anyone would want to migrate.

I'm going to add a saved list in my account at GRC, and see if these numbers in analytics go up. Just to make sure I'm interpreting those numbers correctly.

This help page shows how to export saved searches in Primo VE
https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo/Product_Documentation/020Primo_VE/Primo_VE_(English)/150End_User_Help/10Saving_and_Managing_Records_in_Primo_VE
... but it gives no indication that saves searches (exported to Excel, for example) can be imported back to Primo VE, nor do I see any buttons in Primo VE that would allow me to do so.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

The reason I ask is that when we move to ctcLink we will need to alert patrons to export their saved title lists because they will not transfer over. I was hoping that after the transition to ctcLink patrons would be able to import those title lists back into their Primo VE account.

Thank you for any insights you can give...especially those who have already transitioned to ctcLink.
