[Wactclc-primo] Primo errors when linking to Ebsco, Gale

In case you are not following the discussion on Alma-L this morning, there appears to be a nationwide issue with Primo linking to Ebsco content which results in users being sent to an Ebsco login page instead of directly to the subscribed content.  Not good.  There is an additional error with Gale content.

Hopefully this gets sorted out soon...
