[Wactclc-primo] Emailed records - figure out who sent it?

Dear collective wisdom,

I think the answer to this is 'no,' but, I wanted to share the question.

A user used the email function on a Primo record to email one of our
librarians directly with a comment of "Hi, could you get this for me?"
However, the email originates from Primo itself, so the return address is
discovery at exlibris.com or something, and the rest of the message contains
no identifying information.

Can anyone think of another way of potentially finding out who this
individual is?
