I’m sharing with our Primo list as well.

To answer Lesley’s question about refresher training pre-requisites… The refresher training follows the same path as the weekly implementation training meetings that were held for each cohort.

So the pre-requisites refer to the Getting to Know Alma series, or “equivalent experience,” as they say in job descriptions. I would say it’s not a concern for any of our attendees, until someone just started in the last week or two.

For the analytics training question… Analytics refresher training is handled in a separate series from ExL Professional Services. And probably always given by Connie Braun, the ExL trainer focused on analytics.

The series George shared with us is a good approximation of that analytics series, without any customer-specific q & a.

For anyone seeking analytics training, I would start with the 2 intro classes from that series, which are about 90 minutes each.

In regards to analytics training, Connie Braun is hosting an 8 session training on analytics. The first two sessions have already happened, but there are recordings to watch. You can still register for the remaining session for free at the website below.

I have two questions about the Alma training. Apologies if I missed this info!

  1.  Our admin noticed that the agenda has a prerequisite of “Alma initial training complete.” What is considered initial training?
