[Wactclc-primo] [Wactclc-alma] temporary free collections in CZ

Hey Amy,

Thanks for that note specifically about Item #1. I activated "JSTOR Books"
as I mistakenly thought ALL their ebook content was released through the
COVID trial. It most certainly is not. I'm going to switch those
activations now.
