[Wactclc-primo] Primo Alert Bar for ILL Requests

I'd love to get rid of the bar as well.

It looks like it's done in the CSS: (https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo/Product_Documentation/020Primo_VE/008Primo_VE_User_Interface/010Primo_VE_Customization_-_Best_Practices)

If anyone else has a suggestion that doesn't involve using CSS, I'd love to know.

I have created a link that goes directly to our Google ILL form. How do I get rid of the alert bar to sign in and request item, and the Alma/Primo pre-populated ILL form, in the detailed record?
