[Wactclc-primo] Problem with publishing a title

So, addendum: I checked it out to our test patron, and it suddenly showed up in Primo again. Checked it back in, now it's in the catalog. Super bizarre.. Can anyone explain what just happened?

Is our Lost function somehow not working right? Will lost books that are returned not show up in Primo again until they are checked out?  Should I open a Salesforce case?

Hi all:

So, we have a title that was checked out for a long time, marked "lost" in the system, and then it was checked back in again on Jan. 6. Somehow, the title remained suppressed from Primo, but the record does not show up as suppressed in Alma. I tried to run the job where you publish a set of titles to Primo, but that job came back with an error, "Failed to connect FTP." Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it?
