[Wactclc-primo] [EXTERNAL*]- Primo: Extreme slowness

No problems here at Edmonds either.

We did notice Alma slowness earlier in the week. There was a Chrome update
waiting to be applied. After we ran those updates, Alma seemed to speed
back up a little bit. Could that be a factor here?
