Traci,

If you mean the link highlighted below, you’re still using the old Primo URL there.

You should use the Primo VE variant: https://sbctc-btcctc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?vid=01STATEWA_BTC:BELLINGHAM&sortby=rank

I don’t know if that’s causing your issue with specific browsers, but it’s something that should be updated anyway.

I can access that URL and your catalog using Firefox, from RTC, quickly and no spooling.

We were having this problem here at RTC last week. It went away after several hours. If you find out what’s going on, please post to the list?

Hi All,

Is anyone having trouble opening up OneSearch in Firefox or Safari. When I click on the link to BTC Library OneSearch<https://sbctc-btcctc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?vid=01STATEWA_BTC:BELLINGHAM&sortby=rank&lang=en> on our homepage, in Firefox, nothing will open. The computer just spools. The only thing I see in the URL is “about: blank”. At first I thought it was a campus-wide issue, because staff or students weren’t able to open OneSearch in Firefox. Over the weekend, one of our staff tried accessing OneSearch in Safari and had the same issue.

The link opens up in Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge browsers.
