It's in our Primo too and when I look at the "Source" it says it is coming from ProQuest Research Library.

However, like you, we don't actually have it. I checked the journal title and ISSN in Alma.

My suspicion is that it's an alternative coverage record in EBSCO. And, low and behold it is in: Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts.

And in EBSCO it's also not really there, so I don't think opening a ticket with Ex Libris would help.

One more thing: I found this fun little note on the Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts collection in Alma (which I don't think we have activated) so I wonder how much control we have over those citations anyway.

I can't see where this article is coming from. I searched electronic portfolios and electronic titles and cannot find them. If it is not available online, why is it showing up as available? Is this something I need to submit a support case for?
