[Wactclc-primo] New Salesforce URL now active

As we discussed a couple of weeks ago, the ExL Salesforce URL has been updated to http://support.exlibrisgroup.com

The old URL will simply redirect to the new URL.

Also, your username is now the email address used to register your Salesforce account (should be you institutional address).

The first time you log into Salesforce this week, you will need to update your password.

Dear Colleague,
We are now live with the new Support Portal login page.
What does this mean for you?

The new portal login provides improved security and a better user experience.
In addition, you can now easily invite your colleagues to the Support Portal in order for them to create their own Support Portal Login.
What action do you need to take?

*         Update your bookmarks with the Support Portal new URL: https://support.exlibrisgroup.com

*         The old URL will still redirect you to the new login page

*         Your new username is your on-file email address

*         Upon first login, you will be required to change your password
